Updates!!!!!

Its been a while I posted something in my blog. Days as have been really busy me looking out for a change, hardly got time for cooking and one special day me tried Gobi manchurian at home in India... 

I hope it turned out well.. I liked it personally but in initial phase it needed some adjustments after all that it came out real gud :). My simple recipe for your reference.

You need a Cauliflower depending on the no of person you are going to cook me usednearly 2 cauliflowers.
The other ingredients are as follows:

For making paste :
1. Turmeric very little
2. Salt
3. Maida
4. Cornflour
5. chilly powder
6. Any chat powder (optional)
7. Little Vineger
8. Oil

For Final Frying you need :
1. Red onions
2. Ginger Garlic Paste
3. Green Chillies - 3 straightly cut
4. soy sauce
5. Red chilly sauce
6. Tomato sauce
7. Green Bell pepper
8. Spring onions

Preparation :

Cut cauliflower florets and half boil it with very little salt & turmeric powder.
Once done dry them in a clean cloth or tissue.
For paste, add maida, cornflour, chilly powder, vineger, little soy sauce according to the salt level and fry it in oil.
Next heat little oil in a big open vessel, add red onions, green bell pepper, ginger garlic, green chillies,until the onion turn transparent and then add the fried cauliflowers and add soy, red chilly, tomato sauce according to the taste and finally garnish with green spring onions and serve!! :)
